About Story Arcs
Story arcs are sets of linked missions that lead to a Souvenir, a special entry in the Clues tab that details the history of the arc. You can only have two story arcs active at the same time (if you have two active, the starting mission for any others will not be given). If you aren't getting any story arcs for your level, try calling your old contacts to see if you had an old one started that you need to finish.
Peacebringers and Warshades also have archetype-specific story arcs given to them.
